I led the design and HTML development of a behaviour-driven onboarding journey built to strengthen early habit formation and long-term retention. Spanning 22 automated touchpoints over the first 100 days, the series balanced editorial depth with engagement optimization — leveraging dynamic content, modular architecture, and segmented paths based on subscriber activity.


The program introduced personalized journey tracks, expectation-setting frameworks, fatigue mitigation through message breaks, and scalable modular design systems. Recognized by International News Media Association (INMA) in the category of Best Initiative to Engage and Retain Subscribers, the series delivered measurable impact — increasing click-through rates, delaying opt-outs, and driving tens of thousands of early habit-forming actions including newsletter signups, topic follows, app downloads, and audio listens.
